4th Avenue Condo at 294 5th Avenue?

Something else in the Somethin' Else space? That's for sure. For weeks I've been trying to figure out what's going in the former record store and Puppet's Jazz Bar spaces - and yesterday I got my answer: A showroom...and not just any showroom. This space (at 294 5th Avenue) is becoming MODEL CONDOS for the building going up on 4th Avenue and 7th Street. So 4TH AVENUE is coming to 5TH AVENUE. Now that's a new one. Maybe next 5th will get a flat tire repair shop...

All the way from 408 4th Avenue to 251 7th Street

These lonely little buildings won't be lonely for long. In a few weeks they will start to feel the "warm" embrace of another condo building on 4th Avenue. But this building will be a bit different. The 57 unit, 12 story "modern" construction will wrap around these holdouts with frontage at both 408 4th Avenue and 251 7th Street. And soon you will be able to see this future in real life...at the showroom being built at 294 5th Avenue!
